Welcome to Centred Health — a place for you to get back to your optimal health. The clinic was established in 2003 by Ms Sia (Snow) Wang (principal acupuncturist & herbalist) with the vision of creating a community centre for like-minded people. Our aims are to encourage everyone to take responsibility for their own health while having treatment in our clinic gives the opportunity to learn how to maintain good health from the Ancient Eastern medicinal perspective. We help people achieve this through a variety of practitioners and techniques:

Acupuncture with Chinese Herbal Medicine has traditionally always been part of primary health care in China. Although not a primary health clinic, Centred Health still aims to reflect this traditional practice, and as such you may be referred to different practices and practitioners. All our practitioners work together, sharing their skills and knowledge and referring when appropriate for the benefit of the patients’ health and well-being. In some respects, we are somewhat like a GP practice, seeing patients with a wide range of different conditions from mild to severe, acute to chronic.
