Established in 2003 by principal acupuncturist Sia (Snow) Wang, Centred Health has been serving the South Croydon community for over 20 years. We combine the time-tested wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine with modern therapeutic approaches to support your health and wellbeing.
Sia brings extensive training in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, with particular expertise in fertility support, pain management, and chronic health conditions. Our clinic offers a calm, welcoming environment where you can take time to focus on your health away from the pressures of daily life.

Our main clinic is located in South Croydon, easily accessible from Sanderstead, Selsdon, Purley, Coulsdon, and surrounding areas. Sia also offers appointments at our central London clinic on Tuesdays for those who find that location more convenient.
